We implement prevention programs, provide training, and conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure our workplaces are safe and healthy. We are committed to protecting lives, promoting well-being, and achieving zero accidents in our operations.

Production chain

We strengthen our value chain with more than 1,600 suppliers of services, equipment, and inputs. In the 2024/25 crop year, 49% of our spending on services, machinery, and equipment, as well as 96% of our spending on sugarcane went to local suppliers in Mato Grosso, generating jobs, income, and regional development. To become a business partner, all suppliers must undergo a rigorous qualification process, including adherence to our Code of Conduct for Business Partners and Suppliers, a specific social and environmental assessment for their area of operation, and fiscal and legal compliance.

Communities

We maintain close relationships with communities, promoting dialogue, training, and social inclusion. Through Florescer Ação Social, we support social initiatives that benefit municipalities in our area of influence. We promote job creation, reduce inequalities, and strengthen citizenship while always respecting human rights, diversity, and cultural traditions. We also encourage formal and technical education, volunteerism, and the fight against all forms of discrimination.

We provide effective solutions for sustainable biomass processing through a variety of bioproducts and renewable bioenergy, in harmony with and respecting our employees, customers, suppliers, community, environment, and shareholders.
