Our Compliance Program ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards, preventing and correcting misconduct and harmful acts against the company. Led by the executive management team of the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance Departments, it is supported by the Ethics and Compliance Committee and integrated with other areas of the organization.
